De beurs wordt gehouden in het pand van Gerpinnes, gelegen op nog geen drie kilometer van de verkoopruimte.
Het adres wordt niet publiekelijk gecommuniceerd om de rust en veiligheid van de eigenaren die er wonen te garanderen.
U dient eerst naar MJV SOUDANT te gaan en op vertoon van een identiteitsbewijs wordt u het adres en een korte bezoekgids toegestuurd.
Ter plaatse zullen leden van het MJV SOUDANT-team u verwelkomen en begeleiden.
Catalogi en bestelformulieren zullen beschikbaar zijn zoals op onze traditionele tentoonstellingen.
De tentoonstelling vindt plaats op vrijdag 16 en zaterdag 17 van 10.00 tot 18.00 uur.
Buiten deze twee dagen zijn er geen bezoeken mogelijk.
Reacties op de rapportvoorwaarde worden beheerd tijdens de twee dagen van de tentoonstelling (onze aanwezigheid ter plaatse)
De verkoop vindt plaats op donderdag 22 februari om 13.00 uur zoals gebruikelijk persoonlijk bij MJV SOUDANT
- Sluiting van aankooporders op woensdag 21/02 om 19.00 uur
- Live inschrijvingen sluiten op donderdag 28/01 om 12 uur

Het is noodzakelijk om u te registreren voor de verkoop en/of een account aan te maken.
Verzameling van kavels:
Moet binnen 15 dagen worden opgehaald op straffe van overdracht naar betaalde opslag.
Een deel van de te verwijderen kavels zal zich nog op het terrein bevinden, een groot deel zal eerder gerepatrieerd zijn naar MJV SOUDANT.
Het is daarom absoluut noodzakelijk om een afspraak te maken door HIER TE KLIKKEN
Maar ook per e-mail en telefoon.
Afhankelijk van uw aankopen wordt u uitgenodigd om ter plaatse of bij MJV SOUDANT af te halen.
Bepaalde grote partijen worden, na afspraak, uitsluitend ter plaatse geladen.
Voor deze specifieke kavels: 6, 14, 40, 76, 80, 137, 139, 142, 155, 159, 161 wordt u gevraagd zelf voor verhuispersoneel te zorgen of een transporteur of verhuizer te voorzien.
