Apart from the estimates with a view to integrating our sales catalogs, we also carry out paid expertise transcribed on a detailed report.

This work is mainly carried out within the framework of equitable sharing following an inheritance or claims.

But also simply to know the value of a heritage or a work.

The rates for an expertise are:

80 euros per hour.

50 cents per kilometer starting point of the sale room and including the return.

These amounts are exclusive of VAT.

The minimum flat rate is 200 euros excluding VAT regardless of the time required for the work.

Working time includes time on the road (travel expenses cover fuel and vehicle wear and tear but not hourly time), time on the premises of the expertise, time for any searches and time for writing a report.

This is clearly detailed in our billing and we can provide a preliminary estimate before starting work.

In certain specific cases, the use of scientists (analysis for dating, for example) or authoritative specialist firms may be necessary.

These additional costs are variable and payable by the applicant.

Before any approach, the auction house will provide you with a precise estimate for any additional work.

But we will also advise you on whether or not to go further with certain parts.
