Henri DASSON (1825-1896). Mantel set in patinated bronze, ormolu and red griotte marble, featuring in its center a revolving dial clock set in an ormolu and blue lacquered sheet metal urn topped by a cupid, and an imposing pair of candelabras decorated with putti supporting arms of light in ormolu and floral motifs. Signed Henri Dasson and dated 1880 on the three gilt bronze bases. Height: 67 cm, 47 cm, 66 cm.
