Cesare LAPINI (1848-1910). "Quanto ti vo' bene" Young Italian shepherd in richly worked Carrara marble. The details of extreme finesse are strikingly realistic with the sheepskin vest, the pouch, the flask or the hat decorated with trimmings, but also by the happy expression that illuminates the face of the young man. Height : 82 cm. The left and right ends of the stick have been glued back together (see photos). Cesare LAPINI (1848-1910). "Quanto ti vo' bene" Jonge Italiaanse herder in rijk bewerkt Carrara-marmer. De uiterst fijne details zijn opvallend realistisch bij het gilet van schapenvacht, de schooltas, de bidon of de met passementen versierde hoed, maar ook bij de vrolijke uitdrukking die het gezicht van de jongeman doet oplichten. Height: 82cm. De linker en rechter uiteinden van de stok zijn gelijmd (zie foto's).
