The Royal Army Museum keeps a pair of pistols with pistons and percussion offered by the people of Liège to Lt. Colonel Cointin after the failure of the Orangemen conspiracy in Antwerp around 1831. Private collection of a family of antique dealers of the Liège region, retired for several years. Length : 35 cm. The museum contains a number of items and percussion instruments that were made by the Luikenaars to the Colonel Cointin after the defeat of the Oranje-Samenzwering in Antwerp in 1831.
