Imposing historicist mantel set in gilded and patinated bronze circa 1840. The theme revolves around Queen Marie de Medicis represented here on the central clock whose base is adorned with four large bronze tritons. The sides of the base are decorated with two prestigious profiles linked to the queen: Henry IV, her husband, and Louis XIII, her son, heir to the French crown. This spectacular decoration is worked on all sides. The candelabras are enriched with chimeras wearing breastplates and female masks. A needle to refix. Height of the candelabra : 92 cm. Height of the pendulum : 90 cm.
