Publishers: Rostyslav Burlaka Publishing & Ukrposhta (UA). FCK PTN! signed limited art frame (2023) with FCK PTN! Art postcard and Kiev first-day cancellation art stamp. The frame was issued by Ukrposhta® (the national postal company of Ukraine) on February 24, 2023, in a limited edition of 1,000, but those signed by the management of Ukrposhta® are unique and extremely rare pieces. Image creator: Banksy©. On reverse: signed by Igor Smelyanskyi (CEO of Ukrposhta®), with inscription: "????? ???????" [Glory to Ukraine] and signed by Natalya Mukhina (Director of the Ukrposhta® philatelic department), with inscription: "Banksy with Ukraine". Additional FCK PTN! art stamp, Kyiv cancellation.
