The hammer price is increased by 28% of buyer's fees including tax.
For auctions made live via Drouot on line: + 2%
lots marked with a ($) come from a country outside the European Union are therefore subject to a special VAT regime whereby selling costs amount to 34% instead of 28% on the price of the hammer, including VAT on the margin - not recoverable.
Marked lots made by artists who died less than 70 years ago and whose sale price is equal to or greater than 2000 euros, resale rights are applicable (4% and decreasing, see details in our GCS, link at the bottom of the page)
For payments, the preferred regulations remain the bank card or bank transfer.
Payments are due within 5 days of invoice.

For international transfers, the costs are fully borne by the buyer. We accept cash below 3000€.
Shipping: In general, the auction house does not ship purchases. In some cases, we can carry out the packaging before postal shipment or support by your forwarding agent.
These services are billed. Paid deliveries are possible in Belgium.

The buyer is supposed to inquire about the legislation of his country concerning the importation of certain type of goods.
Under no circumstances may an auction be canceled for this reason or for a refusal of an export license.
